Around the Bay is Australia’s biggest one-day bike ride comprising of a daily ride of 20km or 50km option, or for the super keen the 100km, 135km, 210km or 250km full loop of Port Phillip Bay. All Funds raised goes to the Smith Family. This is the Smith’s Family’s largest annual fundraising event. Since 1993, Around the Bay riders have raised more than $10,000,000 raised to assist children with their education to help over 16,000 disadvantaged Rotary’s board member Karena Kerr and husband Paul Kerr completed the ‘Around the Bay’ ride for Australian Children in Need. Our club was proud to sponsor Karena on her quest to make a difference.
